SEMOLINA LADDOO WITH KAJOO AND KISHMISH

RAVA LADDOO
Ingredients:
1 cup sooji
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup ghee
3 tbsps cashewnuts
1 tsp powdered cardamom powder

Method:
  1. Melt the gee in you sauce pan.
  2. Then fry cashew nuts till golden brown and remove with a spoon.
  3. Fry the raisins in same ghee and remove with a spoon.
  4. Fry the sooji gently till goden color and fragrant.And aroma when compared with the raw sooji. Then took aside.
  5. Mix the sugar and water in a pan.
  6. Heat gently when boiling the water and keep stirring.
  7.  When it becomes sticky. Gently pinch and spread apart your forefinger and thumb. Slowly stir in the the semolina to avoid forming lumps.
  8. Stir in the cashews, raisins and cardomom powder.
  9. Remove from heat and cool it.
  10. When warm it you can make balls of this mixture.
  11. Then your rava laddoo is ready and serve it .
  12. Eat it with lots of happiness.
