Preparation:
- Heat the ghee in a deep pan on a medium flame.
- Add the gond crystals and fry, until golden. The crystals will puff up. Keep aside on a paper or tissue.
- In the same ghee, fry the makhana till pal. And keep aside on paper towel or tissue paper.
- Grind the gond and makhana (separately) .
- In the same ghee add the wholemeal flour and semolina. Stir continuously and cook till the mixture is light golden color and looks like sand. This takes time.
- When the flour and semolina are fully roasted, add all the other ingredients . Mix well and turn off the heat.
- Allow the Panjiri to cool to room temperature before serving.
- Serve with milk.

COLD COFFEE
Cold coffee is variety of summer season.In summer people drink it much much more.....It is made with coffee beans ,milk and (optional) add chocolate.
Also add grinded ice and sugar then grind it all these ingredients (coffee beans,sugar,chocolate) .Then drink it with cakes with lot of happiness.

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2cup butter unsalted
4 tsp sugar

1/2 tsp vanilla essence

Mix together dry ingredients. Cream butter, sugar , vanilla essence and eggs, blending well . Add flour mixture and beat well. Then mix in chocolate chips.And pour the mixture in greased baking dish. Bake in a gas oven, 375 degrees, for 10 minutes. Quantity for serving 36 cookies, and it have 48 calories.

Ingredients:
1 cup sooji
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup ghee
3 tbsps cashewnuts
1 tsp powdered cardamom powder

Method:
- Melt the gee in you sauce pan.
- Then fry cashew nuts till golden brown and remove with a spoon.
- Fry the raisins in same ghee and remove with a spoon.
- Fry the sooji gently till goden color and fragrant.And aroma when compared with the raw sooji. Then took aside.
- Mix the sugar and water in a pan.
- Heat gently when boiling the water and keep stirring.
- When it becomes sticky. Gently pinch and spread apart your forefinger and thumb. Slowly stir in the the semolina to avoid forming lumps.
- Stir in the cashews, raisins and cardomom powder.
- Remove from heat and cool it.
- When warm it you can make balls of this mixture.
- Then your rava laddoo is ready and serve it .
- Eat it with lots of happiness.

Ingredients of fudge burfi:
1 cup of sugar, milk, whiped cream, unsweetened grated coconut.
1 teaspoon crushed cardamom
2 tablespoons sliced pistachios or almonds.
NOTE:
This burfi is new type of berfi because in this berfi we use different things and also different method to made it.
